All orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days unless stated differently

Orders placed with a promo code for free shipping will be shipped with no tracking number. 

We use Canada Post or UPS to ship all orders. If you wish to use another carrier, please advise us when placing your order online.

 Atelier Pick Up 

We now offer the option to pick up your order at our atelier! Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be ready. Once your order is ready for pick up you will receive an email. Let us know when is the best time for you to come pick up your order. We usually are open from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday but we can accommodate you outside of these hours
